But it is also possible to create your own class, one which doesn’t exist.

We have so many different wines in Burgundy that the quantity of themes is inexhaustible. We will regularly give you some suggestions. Here is our third suggestion, dedicated to the vintage 2015 in Burgundy.

2015 is a particularly famous year for Burgundy wines. We propose you to revisit this vintage with this 2-hour class. Oriented on red wines, the blind tasting includes exclusively wines from Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune ("1er cru" and "grand cru"). This tasting with 8 wines from 2015, produced from the king grape variety in Burgundy, pinot noir, perfectly illustrates the significant impact of the vintage on the character of the wines.
